We've resolved two critical publishing issues that were preventing inspectors from sharing completed reports with clients and causing confusion in the client portal.

What We Fixed

Published reports incorrectly showing as locked or unpublished
- Fixed an issue where signed and paid special form (Wind Mit and 4-Point inspections), as well as inspection reports, displayed as locked or unpublished in the client portal, even though they were fully complete and accessible to inspectors.
False error blocking inspection publishing
- Resolved an error that prevented inspectors from publishing complete inspections. The system incorrectly claimed reports weren't finished even when they were 100% complete, forcing users to publish individual reports or temporarily disable settings as a workaround.
