Weekly Web Editor Bug Fixes

We've resolved two issues in the Web Editor that were disrupting template management and report editing workflows.

What we fixed

Fixed undelete sections functionality in Template Editor
- The "Undelete Sections" area now properly loads previously deleted sections instead of showing a perpetual loading spinner, allowing users to successfully recover deleted template sections
Fixed unreliable saving in report preview quick edit
- Comments edited via the report preview/quick edit screen now save consistently on the first attempt, eliminating the need for multiple save attempts and preventing changes from disappearing after refresh
