What's New

Several fixes this week across the web editor, reinspections, and report delivery — covering everything from broken image loads to a PDF that apparently never learned how to read.

What We Fixed

Report name link clickable before report finishes building:
The report hyperlink on the Inspection Details page is no longer clickable until the report is fully generated, preventing dead-end clicks mid-build.
Published report showing "How to access your report" screen instead of the report
: Fixed an issue where clients could not access published reports through the client portal despite all agreements being signed and payment received in full. Clients were incorrectly routed to an access checklist screen rather than the report itself.
Reinspection images not loading unless original report is open (V10):
Report media is now properly copied to reinspections, so images load as expected without needing the original report open in the background.
4-Point report showing empty section headers when no photos are present:
Section headers in 4-Point reports no longer appear when there are no associated photos, keeping the output clean and professional.
Unable to add captions or location tags to reinspection photos:
Captions and location tags can now be added to reinspection photos without issue.
Reinspection PDF report name breaking mid-word:
Line breaks in reinspection PDF report names now fall between words, not in the middle of them.
