We recently updated Spectora to better provide information regarding the status of ACH payments as well as QuickBooks (if you have the integration setup) syncs.
ACH Status
- ACH Payment Status in the Edit Fees & Services modal on the Inspection Details page now has subtext indicating the date and time of the last update of the status
QuickBooks Sync
Now beside the QuickBooks Doc Number on the Inspection Details page you will see:
- Date and Time of the last sync of this inspection to QuickBooks
- Subtext as to whether or not the inspection is queued up to be synced tonight
- A new button to Sync to QuickBooks Now
