What's New
Email delivery failure email notifications now include the sending company's name, logo, and failure reason so admins know exactly which account a notification belongs to before taking action.
Why It Matters
For admins managing multiple companies in the same organization, this eliminates the guesswork of figuring out which account to switch to when a delivery failure comes in. Fewer support contacts and faster resolution.
Details
- Company name and logonow appear in the body of email delivery failure notifications
- Company name is included in the subject lineso you can identify the account from your inbox without opening the email
- Failure reasonis now shown when available (e.g., invalid address, unknown bounce classification)
- Single-location accounts are unaffected and notifications render the same as before

This update applies to email-type delivery failure notifications only. Dashboard notifications are unchanged.Timing & Audience
